Park Alanlar�nda Kullan�c� Memnuniyeti A�isindan Bak�m�n �nemi

Park alanlar� i�in bak�m sorumluluklar� bitki ve �im bak�m�n� (�imlerin kesilmesi, g�brelenmesi vs.), a�a� ve �al�lar�n budanmas�n�, ��p kontrolünü, park yollar�, ��p kutular�, oturma yerleri, ayd�nlatma elemanlar� gibi park mobilyalar�n�n ve �ocuk oyun alanlar�n�n bak�mlar�n� i�erir. Parklar�n bak�mlar�n�n yetersiz olmas�, yetersiz b�t�eden veya uygun bir
y�netim veya bak�m program�n�n olmamas�ndan ileri gelebilir. Parklar�n bak�mlar�n�n daha etkin ve verimli bir �ekilde yap�labilmesi i�in �ncelikle bir bak�m program�n�n haz�rlanmas� gereklidir. Park bak�m programlar�; park y�netimi, organizasyon, bak�m sorumluluklar�, i��i gereksinimleri ve standartlar, b�t�e, a��k alanlar�n bak�m planlar�, bak�m tavsiyeleri, 5 y�ll�k uygulama planlar�n�n olu�turulmas� gibi konular� i�ermelidir. Bu �al��mada park alanlar�n�n bak�m konusu; �rneklem alanlar olarak se�ilen �stanbul� un ü� ayr� b�lgesindeki Ma�ka Park�, Ulus Park� ve Zeytinburnu Park�� nda her bir �rneklem alanda 200 anket yap�larak, kullan�c�larla yap�lan anketlerle irdelenmi�tir. Park kullan�c�lar� ile yap�lan anket sonu�lar�n�n analizi SPSS paket program� kullan�larak de�erlendirilmi�tir. Anket sonu�lar�na g�re park
alanlar�n�n bak�m�n�n kullan�c�lar�n park alanlar�yla ilgili memnuniyet d�zeylerini etkiledi�i g�r�lm��t�r.

Importance Of Maintenance In The Parks According To Users Satisfaction

Maintenance responsibilities of parks include horticultural and turf maintenance (such as mowing, fertilizing), tree and shrub pruning, litter control, and maintenance of park roads, park furniture such as bins, seats, lighting fixtures and children playgrounds. The lack of maintenance can comes from lack of budget or unconvenient management and maintenance program. Park Maintenance Program should be done for effective park maintenace. A Park Maintenance Program should consist of park management, organization, maintenance responsibilities, labor requirements and standards, budget, maintenance plans of open areas, maintenance tips, a five-year implementation plan. Maintenance of park areas issues were analyzed through the surveys applied on the users of Ma�ka Park, Ulus Park and Zeytinburnu Park, which have been selected as the sample areas in three different regions of Istanbul. In each sample 200 surveys were carried out, which equals to 600 in sum. The collected data were analysed through SPSS (PC), a statistical analysis program and the Chi Square test was carried out to find significant differences. The findings of the study reveal
that maintenance of park areas affected the user satisfaction level with the park.
